The 2nd International Conference on AI Sensors and Transducers
The abstract submission deadline for The 2nd International Conference on AI Sensors and Transducers, is on the 3rd April 2025.
This is an in-person conference as part of the International Conference on AI Sensors Series.
The conference has previously taken place in Singapore; however, this year the conference will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 29th July to 3rd August 2025.
The conference, hosted by MDPI (publisher of the Open Access journal Sensors), will follow a three-day format. With the deadline for submissions rapidly approaching, we go over important details you need to know about this exciting conference.
Conference details
Kuala Lumpur is an exciting and vibrant city with a rich history and architecture. It’s well known for its iconic skyline featuring modern skyscrapers and futuristic structures. It is the perfect host to encapsulate the fascinating research presented at AI Sensors 2025.
The previous conference, AI Sensors 2024 – The 1st International Conference on AI Sensors & The 10th International Symposium on Sensor Science was successfully held in Singapore with nearly 400 attendees from more than 20 countries.
The conference aimed to provide a platform for academic leaders, thought leaders, pioneers, engineers, students, and visionaries in the multidisciplinary field of AI sensors. It hoped to inspire collaboration by showcasing cutting-edge research and encouraging new relationships to shape the future of sensing technology across various industries.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is still a relatively new technology, but its use continues to grow and develop rapidly in all industries. AI Sensors 2025 hopes to build on the success of AI Sensors 2024, with this year focusing on the complex field of AI, sensors, and transducers.
These topics cover a wide range of technologies that can revolutionise the artificial intelligence field.
AI Sensors 2025 speakers
During the conference, we will hear from an impressive list of plenary, keynote and invited speakers who will address these topics.
The plenary speakers include Professor Sheng Xu from the University of California, San Diego, USA, and Professor Xinge Yu from the City University of Hong Kong, China.
If you would like to read more about the exciting speakers presenting at the event, please see here.
MDPI is excited to welcome all participants to Malaysia to explore AI sensors and transducers in various disciplines. This is an in-person event only, so it is not possible to participate online.
What is the purpose of AI Sensors 2025?
The conference is an opportunity for leading scientists, researchers and industry experts to present research in AI sensor-related fields and inspire collaboration between disciplines.
Why did MDPI launch the conference series?
The Sensors journal provides an advanced forum for the science and technology of sensors and its applications. It publishes comprehensive reviews, regular research papers and data descriptor. Moreover, they encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible.
The chairs look forward to welcoming participants to Malaysia.
“We are delighted to invite you to this premier gathering of innovators, researchers, and experts at the forefront of sensors, sensing technology, AI sensors and AI-enhanced sensing systems, and transducers and AI-enhanced transducers. Building on the success of our previous conference in Singapore, this event promises to be an exciting platform for exploring cutting-edge advances and fostering collaboration in the rapidly evolving field of AI, Sensors, and Transducers”
Sensors Journal has supported the Open Access dissemination of research in the science and technology field for over 20 years and continues to contribute in many different ways to the research community.
